What does the warranty cover on my refurb Mac?

All of our Macs come with six months return-to-base warranty included for free as standard.

There are options to upgrade your warranty to a full year of cover.

What delivery services do you use, and when can I expect my refurb Mac to arrive?

We have two main delivery options, which are provided by either UPS or DPD.

We have free super saver delivery, which has a delivery aim of 3-5 day delivery.

For more urgent orders we offer a next day delivery service for an additional fee.

What upgrades do you offer for my refurb Mac?

Any available upgrades will be displayed on the individual product page.

The type of Mac will determine what upgrades are available.

What software comes with my refurb Mac?

Included is the latest stable OS for the Mac.

Our Macs come fully wiped ready for the new user to setup and use.

We don’t provide additional software such as Microsoft Office.

What will the condition of my refurb mac be like?

We use high resolution photos so you can see the condition of our refurb Macs in detail.

We will list any defects clearly. Please see the individual product pages.

Can I pick my refurb Mac up in store?

Yes, we offer in store collection. However, this is by appointment and you will need to pay in store using our card machine.

You can’t pay for an order online and collect in store due to security reasons.

Does my refurb Mac come with a charger, and what other accessories come with my mac?

Yes, all of our Macs come with a charger. We use high quality replacement chargers.

You have the option to add accessories to your order such as mouse and keyboard, for an additional cost.

How long will the battery last while using my refurb Mac?

All Macs are different in terms of their overall battery life. This is not a straight forward question to answer.

We thoroughly test the batteries on our refurb Macs before listing for sale.

Expect somewhere between two and seven hours of battery life depending on what you’re doing.

How do I return my refurb Mac?

Do you offer software and technical support with my refurb Mac?

In order to achieve our excellent value for money prices, we do not offer technical support with hardware or software. This does not affect your warranty.

How do I know my refurb Mac is a genuine Apple product?

You immediately recognise all of our refurbished Macs are genuine through the quality that you can expect from Apple.

Our refurb Macs can be easily verified at any Apple store across the world.

The serial number on the logic board, bottom case and system profiler will all match up.

Do you post outside of the UK?

Not at this time, but we plan to expand to the EU in the near future.

How do you test your refurb Macs?

We are proud of our extensive testing process. We fully test all aspects of the Mac before certifying it for sale.
