For UK mainland purchases, we offer free standard delivery with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours.
This service includes full tracking, a signature on delivery, and comprehensive insurance for your peace of mind.
If you need your order sooner, you can choose our 24-hour express delivery option at checkout for an additional charge.
All deliveries are handled exclusively by DPD to ensure a reliable and secure service.
Please note: If your order includes a MacBook battery replacement, next-day delivery will not be available, as additional time is required for our technicians to complete the battery replacement before dispatch.
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm or over the weekend are usually dispatched the next working day.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 48 hours of dispatch. If you select our express delivery option, your order will usually arrive within 24 hours of dispatch.
All devices are carefully packaged using high-quality boxes, custom inserts, and a water-resistant bag to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your parcel using the tracking number provided on the DPD website.
