Delivery

For UK mainland purchases our standard postage is free of charge. This includes tracking, signature and full insurance. We use UPS or DPD to post all our refurbished products, which is normally a next day service. Tracking numbers will be provided, in order to track the product to your door. We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday.

All our Macs are packaged with care and consideration to ensure your Mac arrives in the condition we dispatched them in. We use good quality boxes and multiple layers of bubble wrap to avoid any damage in transit and also a water resistant bag.

We aim to ship any orders before 4pm the same day but if they are after 4pm then they will be sent out the next working day.

You can track your parcel with the tracking number we will give you on the DPD or UPS websites.
