Shipping Information
For UK mainland purchases, standard delivery is free of charge. This includes tracking, a signature on delivery, and full insurance. We exclusively use DPD to deliver all our refurbished products. DPD usually provides a next working day service, and you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel right to your door.
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 4pm or over the weekend will usually be dispatched the next working day.
All of our devices are carefully packaged using high-quality boxes, custom inserts and a water-resistant bag to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left us.
