Our Macs come fully wiped ready for the new user to setup and use.

We don’t provide additional software such as Microsoft Office.

Yes, we offer in store collection. However, this is by appointment and you will need to pay online prior to collection.

You will recieve an email when it is ready to pick-up with the collection address.

Yes, all of our Macs come with a charger. We use high quality replacement chargers.

You have the option to add accessories to your order such as mouse and keyboard, for an additional cost.

All Macs are different in terms of their overall battery life. This is not a straight forward question to answer.

We thoroughly test the batteries on our refurb Macs before listing for sale.

Expect somewhere between two and seven hours of battery life depending on what you’re doing.
