What we coverAll our Macs are supplied with a 1 Year Warranty as standard. Within the 1 Year Warranty period we will cover any faults that occur such as it won't turn on, a key on the keyboard stops working or a flicker on the screen.
Warranty ProcessIf you do have a warranty issue then get in touch with us either by email or phone and we will help you from there. We will try to repair your Mac however if this is not possible we will send you an equivalent replacement.
What we don't coverOur warranty does not cover accidental damage or user abuse or neglect. We also don't offer warranty on Macs that have been modified (e.g. RAM, SSD or HDD upgrades). It does not cover repairs made by third-parties.
Our warranty also does not cover software conflicts created by the user.
