The grade only refers to the cosmetic condition of the Mac and does not refer to the functionality of the MAc. All our Macs are tested and are fully working.

A Grade

Grade A refurbished Macs are in excellent condition with minimal signs of previous use. They might have some light marks on the body, such as minor scratches or scuffs on the base or corners, but the body and screen will both be in very good condition overall. These Macs have been thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure they meet high standards of quality and performance.

C Grade

A Grade C device refers to a used electronic device that has noticeable cosmetic blemishes such as scratching, scuffing, chipping, and denting. Although the device may have these aesthetic issues, it should function perfectly.
There may also be issues with the screen and bezel such as scratching and laminate problems, and there is a chance that the LCD may have up to 10% defects, such as pressure marks or dead pixels. These LCD issues, if present, should be explicitly mentioned in the product listing. Overall, a Grade C device is a fair acceptable condition device that is fully functional despite its cosmetic blemishes.
