GRADING GUIDELINES
At Re-Macs, every device is carefully inspected and graded to ensure complete transparency.
Our grading guidelines explain how we assess cosmetic condition and performance, so you know exactly what to expect from your purchase.

A GRADE
Grade A Macs are in excellent condition with minimal signs of previous use.
They might have some light marks on the body, such as minor scratches or scuffs on the base or corners, but the body and screen will both be in very good condition overall. These devices have been thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure they meet high standards of quality and performance.
SHOP GRADE A
B GRADE
As good as A Grade but wouldn't win a beauty contest.
Grade B Macs may have some cosmetic blemishes such as scratches, scuffs, small dents, hairline scratches or light surface wear on either the body or the display. These imperfections will not affect the overall functionality of the Mac. These devices have been thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure they meet high standards of quality and performance.
SHOP GRADE B
C GRADE
Grade A's distant cousin but it's just as reliable.
Grade C Macs may have noticeable cosmetic blemishes such as scratches, scuffs, chips, dents or sticker marks. Although the device may have these cosmetic issues, it will still be fully functional. The screen may have minor defects or a few dead pixels, scratches that are not visible when the screen is on or a small pressure mark. These will not affect the overall functionality of the Mac. These devices have been thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure they meet high standards of quality and performance.

What is A, B and C grade?
Product Conditions
All Re-Macs devices are fully functional and come with two years return-to-base warranty. Our grading
reflects the cosmetic condition of each device.
Our Mac categories: Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C.
Grade A
Very good condition with only subtle signs of use, like slight surface wear along the edges. The
screen will be in excellent condition.
Grade B
These devices have minor cosmetic imperfections, such as light scratches, or small dents on the
casing. The screen may have hairline scratches or light wear.
Grade C
Devices will show visible signs of use such as scratches, scuffs, or dents—none of which affect
functionality. The screen may have visible surface marks, scratches, or blemishes.
What is the condition of batteries?
All battery-containing devices are tested to ensure they have at least 80% health and fewer than 500 charge cycles
Does it come with a charger or power lead?
Yes, all our laptops come with a refurbished genuine or a high quality aftermarket adapter.
All of our iMacs will come with a compatible power cable.
Do the iMacs come with a keyboard and mouse?
No, iMacs only come with a power lead, additionally you can add a generic wireless keyboard and mouse once you have added the iMac to your basket.
How long is my warranty?
2-Year Hardware Warranty
We provide a 2-year return-to-base hardware warranty with all devices. If something goes wrong, we’ll organise a return for repair or replacement.
What’s Covered:
- Hardware faults with the device or included accessories
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs
- General wear and tear inc. battery degradation or cosmetic deterioration.

What if I changed my mind?
Changed your mind? No problem. Let us know within 60 days of delivery by emailing sales@re-macs.com. You'll have a further 14 days to return the item in its original condition.
When will I receive my item?
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed
after 4pm or over the weekend will usually be dispatched the next working day.
We offer free UK Next Workin Day delivery with DPD on orders placed
before 13:00. (Monday to Saturday)

Can I get an invoice with my order?
If you require a VAT invoice, please get in touch before placing an order, as some of our devices are sold under the VAT margin scheme.
Can I finance my Mac?
We offer flexible financing through Klarna.
Just add your item to the cart and choose Klarna at checkout. You'll be given the option to apply for
financing on the spot. All finance agreements are subject to Klarna's T&Cs -
please spend responsibly.
Do you ship overseas?
No, we currently only ship within the UK.
Can I collect my device?
In certain circumstances, if you are local to us, we may be able to arrange collection of your device. This must be pre-arranged, so please contact us before placing your order.
Can I trade-in my old device?
If you have a Mac or multiple devices you would like to recycle, then please contact our friends at Mac-Recycle, you will likely get some money for your old device.
