Returns & Refunds Policy

In accordance with the Selling Regulations, we accept returns even if you have opened the item to inspect it. You are entitled to a full refund provided the goods are returned within 60 days from the day after delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition as sold.

  • It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories it came with.

  • The tamper seal must remain intact.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@re-macs.com quoting your order number. We will provide instructions for the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) process.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund appears.

  3. Contact your bank – there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
